Changing the rules to allow telemarketers to skirt the Do Not Call list with prerecorded calls is a terrible idea. It will allow the worst sort of spam to invade our homes with those loud, intrusive recordings when we have made it plain that we don't want any advertising calls to our homes. Please do not allow this to happen.
