No call list should mean no call. A pre-recorded sales pitch from any person or business is unwanted as much as the sales pitch from a telemarketer. Telephone answering machines will be filled with these unwanted sales messages and take space away from the friends and family who need to leave messages. All the unsolicited phone calls force people to screen their phone calls in an attempt to keep their homes a private, safe haven. Do not create a loophole for unwanted calls.
