I believe your proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule is a step backwards in the protection of consumers from being infringed upon by telemarking firms. I see no reason why I or any comsumers should be allowed/forced to receive unwelcomed calls from or on behalf of companies which I have or have not established a business relationship. Are you aware how many companies an average person may have established business relationships? In my case it is in the hundreds. Hence, if the amendment is approve I can expect to receive hundreds of unwelcomed calls from telemarketing firms. I respectively request the amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule be not approved. Thank You, Donal Raudenbush
