As a private citizen, not affiliated with any PAC group anxious to dilute to Do Not Call provisions, I would like you to consider my opinion that the provisions not be changed to allow recorded messages to be a allowed. Recorded call are still an invasion into the our homes and work places. If we chose to put our names on the Do Not Call list that means - do not RING. Do not dilute this to support the Telemarketing Industry
