Please DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT change the telemarketing do-not-call regulations in any way that makes them less resetrictive. Not for prerecorded messages, NOT FOR ANYTHING. In fact, the regulations could be tightened to exclude some of the currently-exempted parties and I would not be the least bit sorry.
