I am totally opposed to any changes to the Telemarketing Sales Rules which would permit telemarketeers to make ANY calls to persons on the "national do not call list." Given, the strong public sentiment against telemarketing, I am very surprised that the FTC would even consider proposing such a change. Can you really be that out of touch with the public?
