your proposal will make the program weaker. Don't do that. If you are going to change it, make it stronger. Add that no one running for any office can contact anyone unless that person has contacted the person running for office first. Stand up for the little people who get all these unwanted calls or average people will all have cell phones. That would stop the marketers and the politicians.
