Dear Sirs, I object to any rules change that makes it easier for telemarketers or charities to call me on the telephone. I don’t want to receive pre-recorded messages either. These calls always interrupt dinner or TV watching and just waste my time and try my patience. Sometimes they interfere with calls from friends and relatives. If there is a rules change, it should be to stop telemarketing completely. Thank you
