Regarding the Proposed Changes to the Telemarketing Sales Rules: I am very much opposed to any weakening or exceptions to the current rules, particularly allowing pre-recorded messages. The reason that we as citizens would go to the trouble to put our name on the Do-Not-Call list is that we do not want to be disturbed in the privacy of our homes. I do not want any exceptions to that. If a person wants to receive those calls, they can remove their number from the list. Thank you for considering this comment and do not allow a weakening of this law. I also suggest that such a system be established for blocking unwanted Faxes.
