Although I'm registered in the DO NOT CALL Registry, companies use automated dialing. I screen my calls & won't P/U unless I know who's calls. I receive many unidentified calls on answering machine. When I'm home, the calls will come at specifically-spaced intervals. I have received calls from a telemarketer saying, "I've tried reaching you many times but have been unsuccessful....." then the caller goes into a "prepared" speech. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT AMEND & MAKE MY LIFE WORSE.
