Hi. I strongly oppose any weakening of the Do Not Call list. It should be as restrictive as possible. I oppose any safe harbor for pre-existing business relationships and/or prerecorded messages. I also oppose the petition of the Direct Marketing Association for any additional safe harbor exceptions. Thank you.
