We submitted our names to the "Do not call" list for a reason: not to be disturbed by telemarketers! It seems ridiculous to amend the telemarketing sales rule to allow prerecorded telemarketing. DO NOT ALLOW THIS AMENDMENT !! It makes no difference whether the telemarketing is recorded or live...it is still a terrible nuisance.
