As the recipient of many, many unsolicited and unwanted telephone solicitations - both live and prerecorded - I very much OPOPOSE the proposal that would allow telemarketers to avoid the Do Not Call list by using prerecorded calls. I have registered on the Do Not Call list and do not want any telephone solicitations, pre-recorded or otherwise. Please do no approve this application for exemption filed by the industry.
