Do NOT amend the current Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow pre-recorded messages. It was bad enough getting unsolicited calls but to get them from a machine that I can't even swear at is over the top. The whole idea here is to eliminate unnecessary interuptions by the telephone. I don't have a phone for the convenience of sales organizations but for my personal use. Since I'm the one paying for it, I should be able to dictate who uses my phone and for what purpose.
