You absolutely cannot do this. We are tired of telemarketing calls. This would be unfair to anyone who has a telephone. If a company that I do business with 'regularly' wants to call me let them. I don't want to get calls from anyone I've ever done business with. "established business relationship" is much too vague. Just say NO to automated telemarketing - please.
