I am writing to express the strongest opposition to the petition from the Voice Mail Broadcasting Corp. to allow it and similar parasitic scum to skirt the Do Not Call list with prerecorded calls. I signed up on the DNC list to avoid ALL unwanted commercial calls that might otherwise ring me up, and that most certainly--perhaps especially--includes computer-generated prerecorded calls.
