Comments:
The federal no-call laws have made a substantial, positive impact on my family's time. While not perfect, the calls to our home that are completely and utterly useless from telemarketers have greatly diminished. I am afraid that loosening the rule will provide telemarketers with an additional loophole to bother and annoy my family. I am strongly against the proposed rule change suggested by the Direct Marketing Association.
