The fact that the commission is even considering this shows the disconnect that must be present from them and every day persons. Either that or lobbying groups for telemarketers have pushed many perks upon them to consider what is an obviously idiotic proposal. An established relationship with a company should not be a green light for them to send an unwanted advertising blitz at them. I am appalled to think that since I have done business with people in the past will allow them to harrass me in the future. If I want to do business with them, it's my decision.
