Comments:
FTC, I do not agree with the proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. Please do not make this change to the existing rules. The Do Not Call List has let many of us begin answering our home phones without the constant harrassment of telemarketers. It's a system that actually works - it's not broken and doesn't need to be fixed. Please don't change the Do Not Call List rules. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
