Please do NOT change the existing success of the Telemarketing Sales Rule - DO NOT add this proposed amendment! If I have a business relationship with a company, I'll call them! I actually bought a caller ID/Caller Block/Voice messaging etc package from my phone company because of the continues sales calls. I still believe it is MY phone line, MY privacy, MY money that allows ME to have the right to decide who calls me. Please, leave what is so successful - as is!
