The Do Not Call List was designed to stop Telemarketing Sales totally. So why give a Company the right to find a loop hole to use the same list that was designed to stop the issue in the 1st place. These same people who want to use the numbers for profit purposes are they paying the bills of the decent citizens who pay for such services -- I'll answer that one No. Maybe the citizen should be allowed to start Charging these Company's a Fee per Call or Receive a Commission check from the proceeds for using their numbers for profit and then we ALL can make Money Off The Deal. Profit for everyone a great Deal Don't you Think??? In today's world, people who have a telephone number, especially a Cell Phone, are paying a premium to have such a service so again why should Someone or Company be allowed to use the service for free. Honestly, Company's who use Telemarketing are taking the easy way to make money without Paying much or very little in cost. To me telemarketing is a way of decreasing the work staff, instead of hiring people to do sales and advertising like traditional methods. Since 911 it seems as though decent citizens no longer have any rights, respect or privacy and of course the name of the game is make money and violate who you can to get it. Please put a stop to it and make those accountable for their actions pay. Those vicitims of 911 paid with their lives -- did we really learn anything from it???
