PLEASE do not change the current restrictions providing us with some degree of protection from intrusive, annoying, unwanted telephone solicitations. While the current restrictions have helped considerably, there are still enough calls coming that interrupt family time and tie up phone lines. (Some of those recorded messages don't stop, even when you hang up! Pick up your phone a minute later and they're still tying up your line.) The proposed changes now being considered will weaken what protection we have from annoying hawkers of products we have no interest in. Please act in the interest of tens of millions of people just looking for some quite family time at home, instead of the financial interests of a few just looking to make a buck. Thank you for permitting me to offer my input on this important matter. Herbert Sauter
