At a consumer level, I interpret "Do Not Call" in a simple manner. DO Not Call, whether a live human,or a pre-recorded message. Due to the political interpretation of the term "business relationship" , I am sure the opportunity to use pre-recorded messages will be abused. Please view my comments as a request to NOT allow this practice.. Thank You M campbell
