To whom it may concern: Please do not allow recorded telemarketing messages come to those of us who have registered on the Do Not Call list. I hate recorded telemarketing calls to start with, but even though I'm on the Do Not Call list I've received a recorded telemarketing call from an organization wanting to help me with my credit and bankruptcy problems, and claiming to be exempt from the Do Not Call list because they were a charity. Do you really believe that call was legitimate?? I DO NOT!! I believe it was from a fly-by-night outfit skirting the edge of legitimacy. Why should anyone have to get calls like that? We PAY to use our telephones in the way WE WANT to use them. Why shouldn't we be able to BAN CERTAIN OTHERS from using our private residential telephone WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION AND WITHOUT PAYING US TO LISTEN? Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
