I signed up under the Do Not Call list for a reason. That reason was not be be disturbed by any marketing person any time of the day or night at my residance. To me, the law was clear if not the intent, Do Not Call means just that, Do Not Call me! As you know, 60 million people have signed up with the same view which is safe to say thats about 2/3 of all households in the US. I'm guess your Agancy will have a fire storm of unhappy tax payers if you proceed. I urge you to drop proposed rule.
