Please do not allow loophole telemarketing. I pay to install and maintain my phone service for my use, not so some stranger can keep it ringing all hours. Enough is enough, in fact it is too much. I would like to see the end to all pre-recorded marketing and 90% of all other telemarketing. It is an invasion of my peace and privacy and a major inconvenience to friends and family that are trying to get ahold of me on MY phone. I very well remember the day when if your phone rang it was almost certain that you needed to take the call....that is no longer the case. Now we have to screen calls, get on lists or use other devices and methods to make OUR phone usable for us, not for others trying to sell us something.
