With regard to proposed changes to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY regulations by the Federal Trade Commission. One of the proposed changes would allow recorded messages to be phoned to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. These proposed changes would violate the very spirit of the Registry. I, and my neighbors strongly object to this new proposal.
