Do not allow this to take place. One of the biggest problems before the current rules took place was getting calls from machines. Some recorded others with a machine making the call and waiting for a voice to answer then a live person comes on. I do not want un-wanted calls to start again. I still get calls that I do not want for telemarketers and non-profits wanting donations. STOP THIS NOW!
