I think I should be allowed to have privacy on something I choose to own and pay for. Unless these telemarketers are willing to pay me for the minutes they will be wasting on my cell phone it should not be allowed. I think anyone with any kind of authority should put an end to this madness. I will make calls to whom I choose and receive calls from whom I distributed my number to.
