If I want someone to call me, I will give them my number. No phone company has the right to invade my privacy by sharing my number. A national 411 'database', or whatever you want to call it, is just another way for telemarketers to invade my privacy, regardless of all the so called precautions, and security features. If you believe all that, then you will get calls from telemarketers.
