I am against any form of unwanted advertising so I would ask you to rule against a policy or law that would allow an advertiser or marketer to send mass voice mail to households. My voice mail is for the use of those who know me or need to access me when I am not available. An intrusion of add related voice mail produces clutter that I do not need nor have time to sift through to listen to wanted messages. Thank you.
