Gentlemen: I support a no call list for cell phone users. I pay for my phone and should be given the opportunity to decide whether I want to receive telemarketing calls. I also do not like to receive calls from surveys and political campaigns. Please allow me to make that decision with a national no call list. I also oppose a national cell phone directory. Carl Jeans
