I am strongly opposed to this amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule. My family and I are registered on the no call list and it's been wonderful to not be interrupted every half hour with unwanted sales solicitations. It's my understanding that this amendment would allow these prerecorded calls to be delivered even to those of us registered on the no call lists. Please don't allow this to happen! Thank you for your consideration.
