Dear Leader of Our Country, Please do not allow this invasion of my and all aother American's privacy. We are constantly bombarded by advertising. This type of mass, essentially free calling will mushroom into a very uncontrollable situation. My wife and I have paid extra for years to have our phone numbers unlisted to help eliminate unwanted soliciting. To allow this type of widespread calling by mecanical/electronic systems will call every phone number available and be disruptive to familes. The advertising and marketing organizations can have an enormus influence on many people and their children. We should not allow them to invade our homes and cell phones with unwanted and unwelcome interuprtions. Since it will be electronic the number of calls will be astronomical and may turn into potential dozens of calls per houlsehold per day. Use you power to protect the integety of the home and family. The type of solicitaitons which may be transmitted will be practically impossible to control. If we can't control the Super Bowl Half-Time show on public television, how can this type of mass marketing be controllable and once started will be practically impossible to stop. Please look farther into the future, than what is benefical for big business, and preserve some of the privacy Americans still enjoy in their private homes. Thank You David J. Miller
