The telemarketing sales rule amendment, Docket Id: RIN 3084-0098, should not be passed! What was the purpose of creating a do not call list? Individuals who have their phone numbers listed on the do not call list should not be bothered by telemarketers. This is another attempt to backdoor a previously passed regulation! Having your phone number listed on the do not call list, means just that! DO NOT CALL!
