Please enforce the No Call list for Cell Phones. I can see a lot of danger in getting numerous calls while in rush hour traffic. Prerecorded messages from telemarketers are just as annoying as the messages the No Call list supposidly addressed. Prerecorded messages should be banned if an individual values his/her privacy enough to sign up to have the calls blocked.
