Allowing recorded messages to come to phones on the Do NOt Call Registry is an intrusion that goes against the spirit of the registry, and a reason that most people sign up for this. Even if the recorded message is from a company that I do business with, I don't want it. Those companies that I deal with should solicit further business with personal calls, not clutter up our answering machine with messages that cannot be responded to.
