FTC: It is my opinion that telemarketers should NOT be permitted to bother even those who have had business deals with them previously. For my part this would cause me to see if there was someone else I could deal with. I would also like to express my appreciation for whatever was done to stop these foreign telemarketers from ringing our phone and then leaving an unintelligible - murdered English - message on our answering machine.
