I am against these changes. I do not want more (or any) telemarketing calls. I do not want to be contacted by businesses, even if I have an "established relationship" with them. If there is information I am interested in, I will seek it out; I do not want it seeking me out. This will gut the effectiveness of the do not call list, the only thing you have done right in years. This is not beneficial to the consumer. If you want to standardize the rules, change the FCC's rules to conform to the FTC's.
