Huh?? Number 1: Quite the jibberish! The no-call list should apply to voice mail, as well. It is, plan-and-simple, a phone call and I do not want messages left by telemarketers. They leave lengthy messages and tie up the space that can be used for wanted messages. I've been receiving messages from the Army and do not have a relationship with them. We're AIR FORCE!!!!!
