I would like to say that I vigorously oppose the proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow prerecorded messages to be made by telemarketers. This amendment essentially provides a loophole to allow telemarketers to continue annoying people with their intrusive telephone calls to private residents. Please do not allow this amendment!
