I pay for my minutes on my cell phone and I'm not going to have some unknown caller, regardless of my caller ID function, spending them for me when I answer my calls. With the traffic dangers represented by cell phone users, the last thing I want is an accident caused by trying to answer a call made some yahoo calling me trying to sell me something I don't want.
