If this is to allow marketing to preexisting customers, there are plenty of vehicles already for marketers to do that. Email, mail, personal phone calls, bill inserts not to mention traditional media ads. I do not want additional marketing from existing commercial relationships. If this is to allow new companies to market to me, the same applies. Our lives are too cluttered and crowded already with information that we do not need -- I do not want my home invaded further with spam style marketing telephone messages. We opted-out for a reason -- 'do not call' is working great! Please do not undercut the strides that have been made. Happy Holidays....
