Please do not loosen any restrictions on telemerketers!! Telemarketing is yet another way capitalism is intruding into our personal lives and spaces. It is a ridiculous loophole that a purchse I might make on a credit card be grounds for an "established business relationship." Already, my rights to privacy and protection have been compromised. Do not consider further compromise to corporate interests!!
