I strongly disagree with the "safe harbor" amendment to the Do Not Call registry. If I have conducted business with a company in the past, I am more than familiar with the products or services that they offer. Additionally, most companies that conduct business with individuals will obtain a mailing address. These companies have at their disposal the USPS, which is an excellent vector for marketing. If they are unable or unwilling to send individuals a hard copy of the advertising that they wish to disseminate, then it certainly is not worth my time to speak with them on the phone. Additionally, I would like to see the FCC remove the other loophole in the DNC registry: political and nonprofit fundraising. I have no desire whatsoever to receive solicitations asking for money on the phone line that I pay for. It is a waste of my time and a waste of resources that could be employed for a more productive cause. Thank You for your consideration. Rick Prokup
