Why are we trying to make it easier for our personal, and usually meal time, to be interrupted daily by telephone marketing? I do not want ANY calls from telemarketers, recorded or live. This business is an invasion of privacy and should not be allowed at all. Most of the times people that sell things in this method could be considered SCAMS or SCAM ARTISTS. Therefore, my vote is NOT to change the law to make it easier to be contacted in this manner but make it harder.
