Please don't make any of the proposed changes as outlined in the FR. If companies want to do business with me, then they can mail me. As for businesses that I already do business with, there are many ways in which they already get me info about new business deals (i.e. mail, email and TV ads). In fact, I ususally don't do business with companies that bug me all the time even if it is a better deal.
