i think that this is very unprofessional to let telemarketers leave messages on cell phones or landlines phones. it only will anger citizens and cause more dislike for the telemarketers then there already is. perhaps they should concentrate on doing more positive things for the consumer rather then coming up with more ways to "attack" them.
