Please do not allow telemarketers to use a loophole / pre-recorded msg. to call our personal phones. We work hard to pay for this telephone (s) and I think we should not be harassed. The "Do not call" registry has made our lives less stressed and more pleasant. Please do not create loopholes. Allow us to eat dinner in peace, and to be able to answer the telephone (that we pay for, not the gov't and not telemarketers) without being harassed. This plea from a private citizen applies to land based telephones and cell phones.
