In my opinion, an unsolicited commercial telephone call (whether from an entity with a "established business relationship" or not) is undesired. The precrecorded sort are even more undesired. So, making it easier for telemarketers to place these unwelcome calls is *not* acceptable. Please throw out this petition from the DMA and do not approve the amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule proposed by VMBC.
